Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee may apply, depending on the rental provider’s policy. In the event of a no-show — where you fail to pick up the car without prior notice — no refund will be issued, and the full rental charge may still apply. It’s important to contact us or the rental provider as soon as you anticipate any delays or issues with your reservation to avoid unnecessary charges.

Prepaid Bookings: For prepaid reservations, cancellation policies may vary by rental partner. Some prepaid bookings may offer full or partial refunds based on how early the cancellation request is submitted. Please always review the specific terms and conditions at the time of booking.
